This Product Warranty (“Warranty”) applies only to end-customers who have purchased a NOX Energy IPS (“Hardware”). NOX Energy provides on-site maintenance and support for the Hardware under normal use, in accordance with the terms set out below.
The Warranty is valid for three (3) years from the Commencement Date, defined as the date of installation of the Hardware at the customer’s site.
NOX Energy warrants that, under normal use, the Hardware will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the duration of the Warranty Period.
NOX Energy warrants that all associated software and firmware will conform to NOX Energy’s published documentation under normal use. This Warranty does not guarantee performance outcomes, but ensures functionality as described. NOX Energy will provide software and firmware updates at no charge during the Warranty Period.
NOX Energy will maintain the Hardware in good working order throughout the usage of the device. This includes:
Services will be carried out using commercially reasonable efforts and in accordance with NOX Energy’s standard procedures.
In the event of an issue with the Hardware, NOX Energy will:
If repair or replacement is required, NOX Energy will, at its discretion, repair the Hardware or replace affected components using new or refurbished parts. Replacement timeframes will depend on the nature and complexity of the issue, parts availability, and logistical considerations.
This Warranty is non-transferable. It applies only to the original end-customer who purchased the NOX Energy IPS and does not transfer in the event of:
Any subsequent owner or occupant will not be covered under this Warranty unless NOX Energy provides explicit written approval.

On-site service is available across NOX Energy’s operating regions. Response times may vary for remote or difficult-to-access areas but will remain within commercially reasonable limits.

Will and ModTech Group have spent the past 15 years serving the bespoke electrical needs of the thoroughbred racing, gaming, and strata industries. He has been an active member of the sustainability, renewable energy, and electric vehicle communities for 25+ years. His passion for EVs culminated in founding and leading Accenture’s eMobility practice for Asia Pacific with a mandate to help decarbonise Australia and the world.
He has continued working in the net zero, peer-to-peer (P2P) network, and eMobility space through advisory roles across several organisations and as managing director of Velocious Investments and Consulting.
